Hi, I’m Marta!
I started this blog writing about travel. Over the years, I realised the longest journey was the one inward.
I’m from Spain, but I consider myself a citizen of the world. Daughter of a pilot… I suppose it was a no-brainer. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel, and because I studied translation and was going to spend time away from my family and friends, I started writing a newsletter about my travels to Taiwan and Cuba.
At the moment I’m in Barcelona. Having connected more with my spirituality over the years, I’ve been writing about it here and I like to share it in case it helps someone. Not because I have the truth, but because these things have helped me shape what I understand of the world, and how I act and take part in it.
I also share my paintings, in case they bring you as much stillness as they gave me when I painted them. I think one form of meditation is being in a flow state, and some of these were made with exactly that in mind.

The Compass — the everyday work: looking inward, questioning what you were taught, keeping your own pace even when the world pushes the other way.
The Trail — anthroposophy: a way of looking at the world, seen and unseen, without letting dense language get in the way. The forces, the hierarchies and the big questions, explained for the walker rather than the scholar.
Footprints — what’s already been lived: the journeys, the moves, the culture shocks, the stories that turned into learning with time.
What you won't find
No gurus, no formulas, no promises of transformation in 30 days.
I don’t have the answer, I have my questions answered with my own experience, and I share them in case they look like yours.
No ads either.
And no rush.
Why "Follow Your Own Path"
Because it’s the only thing I dare tell anyone.
What worked for me might not work for you.
What I write here isn’t a map: it’s the notebook of someone walking and taking notes.
